Hi Everyone,

We are gearing up for a day of two-wheeled fun!

To help ensure a smooth day please find general information regarding the clinic.

We are pleased to be hosted by Bronwyn Watson. We’ve been working with Bronwyn since 2018 and appreciate her assistance – without her efforts this clinic would not be possible! For same day directions or specific questions feel free to call or text her at 541-525-2381.

WHEN

Registration with Megs Braap begins at 8:30 AM SHARP! The clinic starts at 9AM. Please plan to allow for time to fill out park information, unload and get yourself acquainted with the group you will be riding with for the day. Clinics will run until roughly 3:30 - 4PM.

WHERE

The location for the Oregon clinics this year is the scenic Whitmire Ranch in Roseburg, Oregon. Owned by the Whitemire family - a moto family through and through - the property boasts hot showers & flush toilets, camping spots, firepits, an outdoor seating area with televisions, and 2 dirtbike tracks! One is a maintained flat track oval, the other is a beginner friendly motocross track.

Address: 8700 N Umpqua Hwy Roseburg, OR 97470

There will be red balloons at the turnoff!

THE NITTY GRITTY

You are welcome to camp the night before or after your clinic. There is room for tents and RV's/trailers but no hookups. RVS AND TRAILERS: Your entrance will be the driveway on the left off of the highway after the one indicated on your GPS.

We will likely play games and socialize after the clinic is complete. Clinic attendees will also have access to the flat track oval and the beginner motocross track for playtime after the clinic til dusk.

DOGS

Dogs are allowed but please keep them leashed at all times.

SPECTATORS (INCLUDING FAMILY MEMBERS)

We do not allow spectators at the clinic, no exceptions.  Parents, spouses, GF/BF and friends, no matter how well-intentioned, create unnecessary distractions for all participants. Thank you for your understanding.

LUNCH

Please bring your own sack lunch, dinner, and breakfast (if you are planning to stay the night). There are firepits and picnic tables on site.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will be respecting the pandemic and any current guidelines. We will be exercising social distancing throughout the day. If you have hand sanitizer, please bring it for use before the clinic, during the lunch break, etc.  If you have symptoms – coughing, sneezing or a fever, please refrain from attending.
